Subscription Tiers

Benchmrk offers tiered subscriptions so you can choose the plan that fits your needs. All plans include access to the core map and search features, with higher tiers unlocking additional capabilities and higher usage quotas.

Free tier​

Every new account starts on the free tier. This gives you:

  • Access to the interactive map across all jurisdictions.
  • Basic search across all three search modes (Mark, Address, Coordinates).
  • Viewing survey mark details and metadata.
  • A limited number of AI Assist analyses per month.
  • A limited Ledger capacity for saving marks.

The free tier is a great way to explore the platform and see if it fits your workflow before committing to a paid plan.

Paid subscriptions increase your usage limits and unlock additional features:

  • Higher AI analysis quota — Run more AI-powered recommendations per month.
  • Expanded Ledger capacity — Save more marks and snapshots.
  • Report generation — Access to PDF and data export features.
  • Priority support — Faster response times for account and technical issues.

How billing works​

Benchmrk uses secure payment processing. All billing is handled through a secure checkout page — your payment details are never stored on Benchmrk servers.

Upgrading your plan​

  1. Open the Account menu in the header.
  2. Select Manage Subscription or Upgrade.
  3. You will be redirected to a secure checkout page where you can choose your plan and enter payment details.
  4. Once payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded immediately.

Managing your subscription​

From the account menu, you can:

  • View your current plan and usage.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your tier.
  • Update payment methods via the billing management portal.
  • Cancel your subscription (you retain access until the end of the billing period).

Check your remaining AI analysis quota and Ledger usage in the account menu to decide if an upgrade is right for you.
